Weekly and monthly inspections are conducted by Coast to Coast using our in-person and in-depth visual inspection system in partnership with our web-based reporting system. This allows private and protected web-enabled reporting designed specifically for you. Our inspection system has the flexibility to allow you to view our reports and to interact directly with our city and area managers.
Using this proprietary system we can assess, document, and communicate the quality of your service, which is invaluable to your bottom line. This defines a large part of our success. At Coast to Coast we believe that providing a five-star level of quality of service (QoS) takes more than just the desire to do well for our customers. We believe that there are five major requirements for providing true Quality of Service to each customer every day and each one represents one of our five stars in our service mission.
- Availability: Availability is the quality aspect of whether the service provider is present or ready for immediate dispatch when called or when they are scheduled to arrive at a location. We believe that a great service provider’s service is always ready to deploy no matter the time, the location, or the situation.
- Accessibility: Accessibility is the quality aspect of a service that represents the degree it is capable of serving a particular customer how the customer wants to be served on a schedule that works for all parties.
- Integrity: Integrity is the quality aspect of how a service provider maintains the correctness of the interaction in respect to the customers’ needs and wants. Proper execution of service transactions are provided with the best intention follow up with direct and honest communication.
- Performance: Performance is the quality aspect for a service provider, which is measured in terms of throughput and latency, in other words, did the job get done as promised and on time?
- Reliability: Reliability is the quality aspect of a service provider that represents the degree of being capable of maintaining the service and service quality. Can they do the job day after day over a long period of time?
