To some people clean means sparkling restrooms, to others it means no dust on the sills, and to yet others it means a fresh appearance and smell. At Coast to Coast Cleaning we perform third shift janitorial service based on your exact specifications so all your needs are met and each one of your customers “ideas” on what clean is exceeded.


We are able to meet this high standard because before we begin with your service, we meet with you to determine the total scope of services, schedule and pricing and then we train the team to meet your specifications. We have some of the best systems in the cleaning industry to ensure your happiness, but on the rare occasion we may not reach 100% of our mission, we even have a system to make sure that corrections are made and you get what you want, when you want it.

Our first system is a team of city and area managers, with oversight from regional directors that personally inspect your locations at least once a month. As part of this system, someone from our Cleaning Concierge team will contact you once per month to ensure that we are meeting your needs and use that feedback to determine how we may continue to provide outstanding service.

Any mark less than excellent or outstanding is unacceptable to us that’s why we strive everyday to exceed your expectations.


The second system that we use is technology-based and consists of a customer login area where you can, through a private, password protected web page, review inspection and other information from our service team regarding your facility. If you have more than one facility – no problem. You can access each of your facilities secure document areas from one single point. Using both of these systems you are able to communicate to our team in real time virtually 24 hours a day. In fact, a team member from our Cleaning Concierge Team– a real person who knows the cleaning business- answers our phones 24 hours a day, that way, no matter what you are one call away from getting the information or answers you need.
